I managed to narrow it down to the small in fog and the medium in black . I would return!!! I own this same bag and love it and mine doesn’t look like this at all! I purchased mine direct from ysl back in sept and it was perfect.

I have a camera bag in white and it’s a little droopy at the edges but still looks great after constant use over the same timeframe. I have this bag in the black with black hardware and I love it so much that I bought it again but in the off white/gold hardware. The leather is so durable, it’s the perfect size for function while still having the option of being dressy, it also looks amazing with jeans and a Tee as well as a cocktail dress.
