I’m wondering if this is a common issue and if it’s an easy fix or not. When setting the time on this model you're meant to pull the crown out and move it slow to the minute hand, or if you spin the crown fast it is meant to move the hour hand. The skin on my thumb is now raw from trying to turn the crown as fast as possible but the most I can move is the minute hand.
