I've seen several of the "old" Skyland pics and those dials do not have Swiss Made. I have a Crosswind Special from 2003/2004 and it doesn't have the 'Swiss Made' designation on the dial but is does have 'Manufacture En Suisse' on the caseback. Here's a picture. My Breitling is a very new model and has Swiss Made or Manufacture En Suisse on the dial, the caseback and the movement.
