Go to the appropriate channel, click enter, then click the plus key to move across the screen, and the 3rd column from the right is the servo reverse direction. When you move the collective (throttle) up and down, one servo should go opposite to the other two (should be aileron - which is either left or right). Reverse that single servo in the Servo screen.
